Giving You the Best Experience

We love all of our clients at Beauty Boutique, Salon, Spa and Boutique and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our environment. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again.

Pre-Visit:

You will receive a text confirmation reminder at the time you appointment is made and again 48 hours before each visit. While we understand unexpected life situations arise, our policy is any appointment missed or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancelation fee and re booking fee. No call-no shows may not be allowed to rebook without a cancellation fee and also a pre payment of services.

We love your kids; however, we request children not be allowed in the salon area unless they are receiving a service. This self care time is important to all of our guests and we want to be able to focus on you and your hair during your time with us. For safety and liability concerns please make child care arrangements and enjoy your free time at BB.

Please arrive on time or early to your appointment. Feel free to browse around or enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. If you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule and pay a reschedule fee. Just always give us a call and keep us posted. Our goal is to work with you. We will do our best to accommodate you and your schedule.

Refunds + redos: If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your hair, please contact BB and/or your stylist first to discuss options within 5 days of your service. We pride ourselves on the overall satisfaction of our guests!

For 1st time clients we require a $100 non-refundable deposit for any color service and a 50% non-refundable deposit for skin appointments longer than 1 hour. If cancelling 48 hours before your appointment, the deposit can be used to rebook. If cancelling less than 48 hours before your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

Refund policy

We gladly accept returns for store credit on items that may not work for you and must be returned back to us within 14 days. All sale/clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Cancellation policy

We ask that you notify us within 48 hours of your appointment if you need to cancel. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service that you were scheduled for. If you no call, no text, no show on the day of your scheduled service you will be required to pay for 100% of the scheduled service. Cancellation fees must be paid before booking a future appointment at Beauty Boutique. A credit card will be held on file.

We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps.  We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the BB team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future clients, as well as valuing our team members’ time. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.
