Giving You the Best Experience

We love all of our clients and Beauty Boutique, Salon, Spa and Boutique and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our environment. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again.

Pre-Visit:

  • You will receive a text confirmation reminder at the time you appointment is made and again 48 hours before each visit. While we understand unexpected life situations arise, our policy is any appointment missed or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancelation fee and re booking fee. No call- no shows may not be allowed to rebook without a cancellation fee and also a pre payment of services.

  • We love your kids however, we request children not be allowed in the salon area unless they are receiving a service. This self care time is important to all of our guests and we want to be able to focus on you and your hair during your time with us. For safety and liability concerns please make child care arrangements and enjoy your free time at BB.

  • Please arrive on time or early to your appointment. Feel free to browse around in our clothing boutique or enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. If you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule and pay a reschedule fee. Just always give us a call and keep us posted. Our goal is to work with you. We will do our best to accommodate you and your schedule.

  • COVID-19: We want you to know we are doing everything in our power to keep the salon as safe and sanitized as possible. If you have special concerns please feel free to call us ahead of your appointment and or talk individually to your service provider. Visit the CDC website for more info on COVID-19.

  • Refunds + redos: If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your hair, please contact BB and/or your stylist first to discuss options within 5 days of your service. We pride ourselves on the overall satisfaction of our guests!

  • Deposits: At times BB will require deposits for services. If you are required to make a deposit in that case if you cancel, no show or reschedule after 48 hrs notice your deposit is forfeited. There are no refunds on hair extension deposits.

Shipping policy

We complimentary ship any full price order over $75. If for any reason your products do not work for you we ask that you notify us with in 3 business days and return to us immediately.  We will be happy to issue a store credit and or replace any damaged merchandise.


Refund policy

We gladly accept returns for store credit on items that may not work for you. Items must be non worn with tags still on and must be returned back to us within 14 days. All sale/clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Cancellation policy

For any appointment change or cancellation we ask that you give a 48hr notice, so that we can fill you appointment time. After one no show you will be asked for a credit card to reserve any upcoming appointments. If you no show or cancel less than 48hrs for those appointments then your card will be charged for the full price of what your service would have cost.
